Our company’s founder and President, Raj Karimi, built his successful career from the general contracting side of the business. Our Leadership Team

Raj Karimi – Owner and President

After receiving his degree in Construction Management, Raj began working as a Project Engineer at Zachary Construction. Raj continued working on the general contracting side for 13 years as a Project Manager. Upon hearing numerous colleagues continually express their need for an exceptional glazing subcontractor, Raj finally made that vision a reality with the creation of MS Glass.

Andrea Bennett – Senior Estimator

Andrea also got her start on the general contracting side and brought her organized and detail-oriented structure to MS Glass three months after the company opened. After starting as a part-time receptionist, she quickly rose through the ranks working as project coordinator, assistant project manager, and part-time estimator. Now in her role as Senior Estimator, she has been estimating full-time since 2018.
